Swiss Virtual Clinic (SVC)
Medical Learning platform
I designed and produced learning content for the Swiss Virtual Clinic (SVC), a 3D platform providing training videos, scientific resources, and educational materials for healthcare professionals and partners.

The Challenge
Create a clear and engaging way to centralize learning content, scientific resources, and support materials for healthcare professionals and partners within the Swiss Virtual Clinic platform.

Target Audience
healthcare professionals and partners requiring accessible training resources, scientific content, and patient support materials within the Swiss Virtual Clinic platform.

The Solution
A structured learning ecosystem inside the SVC, combining:
-
training videos
-
scientific articles and visual resources
-
glossary videos
-
multilingual patient support content
Tools Used
Davinci Resolve Studio (video editing), Envato Elements (stock footage) Canva (visual layouts & infographics), ChatGPT + Excel (AI-assisted translations and coordination)

Scope & Responsabilites
-
Learning content design and structuring
-
Video production and voice-over creation
-
Visual layout of scientific resources
-
AI-supported translations for patient content
-
Coordination with the platform development agency
-
Creation of teaser and promotional content
Learning & Development program
17 training videos across 3 learning paths
I structured the Learning & Development program and produced 17 training videos, transforming expert presentations and medical conferences into concise learning modules for healthcare professionals and partners.
The program included three progressive learning paths:
• Base training
• Toric calculator training
• Clinical case training
Supporting documents and knowledge checks were integrated to reinforce learning.
Production included video editing (DaVinci Resolve), English subtitles, thumbnail design, and coordination with the Swiss Virtual Clinic development agency.

Scientific Publications
27 visual scientific summaries
I transformed 27 scientific publications into clear visual summaries to make complex clinical research easier to navigate for healthcare professionals and partners.
This involved extracting key findings, restructuring the information into concise sections, and designing visual layouts using Canva to improve readability.
These resources complement the training modules by providing a deeper scientific context within the platform.

Medical Glossary
29 short educational videos
I created a glossary of 29 short educational videos explaining key ophthalmology terms used throughout the platform.
Starting from a list of medical terms provided by the team, I researched and drafted concise definitions, which were reviewed and validated by the R&D team.
I then produced the videos by selecting stock visuals (Envato), editing the sequences, and recording my own voice-over narration to create clear and accessible explanations.
These short videos provide quick reference explanations for distributors and surgeons navigating the training content.
The videos were integrated into the Swiss Virtual Clinic as quick reference resources and also repurposed for educational posts on Instagram.
Medical Conferences
23 edited conference videos
I prepared and structured 23 medical conference videos to make expert presentations accessible within the platform.
Starting with long conference recordings, I selected the relevant content, edited and structured the videos as needed, and prepared them for integration into the learning environment.
These recordings provide access to expert insights and complement the structured training modules and scientific resources available in the Swiss Virtual Clinic.

Promotion & adoption
I created a series of short videos to support the launch and adoption of the Swiss Virtual Clinic.
This included teaser videos for social media as well as short explanatory videos guiding healthcare professionals and partners on how to register on the platform and navigate key sections such as the patient page.
The videos were designed to introduce the platform, explain its purpose, and help users quickly understand how to access the available training and resources.

Outcome
The Swiss Virtual Clinic centralizes training resources and scientific knowledge within a single digital platform for healthcare professionals and partners.
-
Platform launched in March 2025, reaching 200+ users within 6 months
-
Users actively engaged with the platform, generating 300+ interactions with learning elements over 3 months
-
Educational content was also repurposed for social media, contributing to audience & engagement growth.
This project illustrates how complex medical knowledge can be transformed into structured learning resources combining video, visual summaries, and digital learning environments.

It was a pleasure to count on Amélie's support to bring our L&D modules on the Swiss Virtual Clinic to live.
Amélie took care of the content with great attention to details & sense of ownership.
Proposing relevant ideas, developing the videos/voiceovers/subtitles/etc. and managing the updates with the agency in order to publish everything correctly and on time.
She also adapted training content to our social channels and website. I can only recommend her and will be happy to pursue our collaboration for my upcoming projets.
